Ella Blu Bridal is conveniently located on North Mesa Street in West El Paso. Our bridal department shares a building with Ella Blu Boutique. You’ll find the main bridal entrance on the right side of the building, but feel free to explore the boutique first by entering through the far left doors.
We’ve also recently expanded our eveningwear department, which is now located in the building next door — just steps away and still within the same parking lot.
We recommend bringing your most important people—those whose opinions matter most—just in case you find the dress (it happens more often than you’d think on the first visit!).
If possible, wear nude or light-colored undergarments for trying on gowns. There's no need to bring a strapless bra—our dresses all have built-in bust cups for support. And don’t worry about bringing heels! Our bridal suites have raised podiums for you to stand on, which helps accommodate the standard gown lengths.
Most importantly, bring an open mind and get ready to have fun—we’re here to make the experience unforgettable!
While we always welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive the full bridal experience with a dedicated stylist. This helps us give you the time, attention, and space you deserve while shopping for your dream dress.

Bridal appointments at Ella Blu last approximately 90 minutes. During that time, you'll have your own personal bridal stylist who will guide you every step of the way.
If you have inspiration photos or a Pinterest board—bring them along! We love getting to know your style and helping you narrow down the options to find the perfect dress.
Most importantly, expect to have fun! It’s totally normal to feel a little nervous, but don’t worry—we’ve got you. Our goal is to make the experience joyful, relaxed, and unforgettable.
Our bridal sections comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (not including the bride). If you’re hoping to bring a larger group, just let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to make arrangements for you.
Looking for a more exclusive experience? We also offer VIP appointments, which allow you to bring up to 8 guests and include a few extra special touches to make the day even more memorable.
It’s never too early to start the search for your dream dress! We recommend ordering your gown 8 to 12 months before your wedding date to allow time for production, shipping, and alterations.
Planning on a shorter timeline? No worries—we also carry a beautiful selection of ready-to-wear gowns that are perfect for brides who need a dress sooner!
Yes! Alterations are an important part of the wedding gown process. While your dress will be ordered as close to your size as possible, standard alterations—such as hemming and adding a bustle—are often needed to ensure the perfect fit.
We offer alteration services by appointment at our store through a team of experienced seamstresses. We recommend scheduling your first fitting at least three months before your wedding date.
Alteration costs are not included in the price of the gown and vary depending on the scope of work. Pricing typically starts around $300.
We offer a professional preservation and heirlooming service for your gown and veil. Simply bring your dress to the shop, and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll package and ship it out for you, and the preservation company will send it directly to your home—it's that easy.
The service is valued at $325, but Ella Blu brides receive a special rate of $300.
Our signature bridal appointments are complimentary! If you're looking for an elevated experience, we also offer VIP appointment upgrades. Pricing and details can be found on our Appointments page.
We’re happy to offer a flexible payment plan for our brides! For special order gowns, you’ll make a 50% deposit, then pay the remaining balance in three easy monthly payments. We’re here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible!
